Leather Embossing Eagle Flying Stamp

Leather embossing stamp with decorative eagle flying (left or right facing), for leatherwork and carving projects. For use with an embossing stamp handle (such as the spring loaded stamp handle, heavy duty ram foot or hefty handle) and hand press machines.

Recommended for use on vegetable tanned leather to give the best impression. To get a clean print using a mallet, place the stamp onto a solid board base and attach to an embossing handle. Ensure the handle is in an upright position for even pressure and give the handle a good firm hit with a heavy leather mallet. Alternatively use a hand press.

Stamp dimensions - the stamp block measures approximately 27mm (1-1/16") x 30mm (1-3/16"). The handle insert measures 9.5 mm diameter.

Recommended for use with our spring loaded stamp handle (in 9.5mm size), solid stamping board and large leather mallet.
