Vegetable Tanned Pre-Cut Leather Belt Blanks

Pre-cut vegetable tanned leather belt blanks in chestnut tan, hand cut from top grade Italian vegetable tanned leather produced on full grain material. Thicknesses are variable with this natural veg tan, but blanks are typically approximately 3 mm thick (with a 2-3 mm tolerance either side). If you require a specific thickness please check with us prior to ordering. 

The leather has some texture with a 'tumbled' appearance and and a slightly waxy finish, with a medium to firm temper. It is fully dyed through during the tanning process with a resin finished back. 

Vegetable tanned leather is a chemical-free process where the hide is naturally tanned with a liquor made from tree bark, leaves, berries and other organic derivatives. 

We source only the best quality leather, however this is a natural material and please note there will be some variation across the hide. 

The belt blanks are approximately 48 inches long and are supplied with a small off cut for loop making.
